How to Get a Healthy Body Part Two

Remember a time in your life when you were forced to do something you never want to do. And you keep trying, keep on finding ways on how to change your mind to finally like or love it. But it continually became challenging as ever. It is called discipline. To be healthy is to be disciplined.




By definition, discipline is the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience. Undergoing a training program will only be successful and effective once the trainee has fully decided to commit to it.


Therefore, all of the rules, code of behavior and punishments will be nonsense if the trainee didn’t completely gave all the effort to finish it. If that’s the case, we just have to go back to our “whys”.


Why do we want to be healthy and why we were forced to do it. What keeps us trying and why we made an effort to find ways on how to finish it. Our goal which will eventually benefit ourselves.




Being disciplined is a sign of strength and power. It doesn’t mean that we are unkind to ourselves because we allow ourselves to suffer. But rather an opportunity for us to learn. Know our limits and weakness. Focus on our weaknesses and turn it into a strength.


And yes failing is acceptable. To fail is to move forward. To never give up trying again. Failure is also an avenue for new discoveries. That’s a path towards maturity.


In the end, we will only see the results of hard work. Without any regrets. Only being thankful of every experience, every learned lesson, every accomplishments and every weaknesses turned into strengths. It is just fulfilling to see yourself not giving up. Healthy and happy, is what others will notice. Be excited!
